Staying at the Inn was like a pleasant surprise when I opened the door. The rooms were great, the staff was amazing, and the pool and hot tub offered a very relaxing experience. However, as a no-show until you open the door, it can be a bit tricky to find.

The hotel had some positives like clean and nicely decorated rooms; however, the small room size caused issues for my family. The service was terrific and staff went out of their way to help. The location was convenient but a bit sketchy. The dining offerings were good with a variety of choices but seemed average. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The hotel had rooms with a worn wood tile look that needed cleaning, giving the impression it might have been a smoking room in the past. Despite not getting the desired room, my overall stay was acceptable. The service was outstanding, although staff members were sometimes on their cell phones. The location, while convenient for our daily trips, lacked adequate lighting and electrical outlets. The dining area offered decent choices but had minor issues with the side door being propped open. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory overall.
